Refund policy
Retainer packages can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Work delivered prior to cancellation is billed pro-rata.
Copyright & IP
Clients own final deliverables once invoices are settled. Ascension retains the right to showcase work for marketing unless a privacy clause is requested in writing.
